Returns & Exchange

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; we are friendly, experienced, very knowledgeable and we will be happy to help you find the perfect products.

Return of Unwanted Item (Changed Your Mind)

Any item purchased from Supply Mojo must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a return

  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and UPCs
  • Accessories such as cords and remote controls
  • Certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards 
  • "Free gifts" or bonus items
  • All items included in a bundle

All goods returned in these circumstances will be subject to a handling fee of 15% of Supply Mojo's sale price for the goods.

Return or Exchange of Defective Products

The products we choose to carry are among the highest quality. As a result, our Product Defect Rate is extremely low. However, in the unlikely event that a defect does occur, we are willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the issue is solved in a way that leaves you satisfied.

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return as defective products:

  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
  • damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product;
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you;
  • in relation to Unboxed Deals, signs of handling and/or repackaging.

In case the product is defective out of the box, we will exchange it as long as it's returned UNUSED --in new condition-- and in their original packaging with all product component parts.

Supply Mojo reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and exchange process. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit.

You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Stock Availability Notice

We strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, however this may not always be possible. Should it happen that any product is out of stock, we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for new stock to arrive, or provide you with a full refund.
